The Devesa Park
The Dehesa Park, located in Girona, is the largest urban park in Catalonia created in 1850, and is also declared a Cultural Asset of National Interest.
The purpose of this park was that it could be used as a defense for the avenues of the river and as a source of income to compensate for the damage caused by the downpours.
The park has undergone several reforms and modifications, in addition, since 1934 construction began on the grounds of the park and its surroundings.

The confluence between Costa Brava and Pyrenees

The city of Girona has managed to strike the perfect balance between history, culture, gastronomy and leisure.
Girona is structured around its impressive old quarter, an area that is home to a large number of must-see sites, such as the Cathedral, the Jewish Quarter (Call Jueu) and the Wall.
As we move away from the stone buildings of the old town and cross the Onyar River, we find the most modern and cosmopolitan Girona. The city that has opened up to the world thanks to its rich offer of leisure and culture, its magnificent orography that allows you to practice outdoor sports in unbeatable conditions, and its gastronomy, of the highest world reference.
Halfway between the main towns and coves of the Costa Brava and the most beautiful landscapes of the Pre-Pyrenees, Girona is also a spectacular starting point from which to organise day trips to discover places of incalculable natural and scenic value.
