Santa Clotilde Botanical Garden
The gardens of Santa Clotilde is a noucentista century garden in the municipality of Lloret de Mar that is located on the edge of the sea with views of Sa Boadella and Fenals beach, and it is also declared a cultural asset of national interest.
The Santa Clotilde botanical garden was born in 1918 when Raül Roviralta bought some land with the intention of building an isolated property in contact with nature and the sea. It was the architect Nicolau Maria who commissioned the garden project in 1919.
Between 1918 and 1921 the earthworks were carried out that gave definitive shape to the land, but in 1972 some remodeling began to incorporate new trees and installations.
