Castle of Esclanyà
The Esclanyà Castle is located in the entity of Esclanyà, which is part of the municipality of Begur.
It is a castle belonging to the Romanesque style that is first documented in the year 1362, although its origin is earlier than this date. From the original castle, only an imposing rectangular tower remains, which is attached to a farmhouse.
The structure has been declared a Cultural Heritage of National Interest.
