Sant Pere de l'Escala
Sant Pere is a parish church in the municipality of l'Escala, located in the middle of the old town. It was built in the 18th century and has been protected as a cultural asset of local interest.
In 1936 a group of uncontrolled people caused a fire in the church that caused the destruction of many parts of it, only the nave of the church was left but in very bad condition. Until 3 years later it was repaired and that is how it is today.
