The bay area of Palamós is known for being the axis of an important fishing activity and for its fish market, where hundreds of fish and shellfish buckets that have just arrived at the port are auctioned every day. Fresh fish ready to be cooked.
In this gastronomic context marked for the seafood cuisine, is where the restaurant association of the bay "El Plat Blau" is born.
From November 1 to December 22, the 12 restaurants that form the association distributed between Palamós, Sant Antoni de Calonge and Vall-llobrega, invite us to discover the “Menú de L'Escamarlà”. In this campaign all restaurants offer the same menu at the same price, allowing us to enjoy and compare the different interpretations of the same dishes.
