La Mar Menuda beach
Mar Menuda beach is located a short distance from the town centre of Tossa de Mar. It is a coarse sandy beach that is about 160 metres long. At one end there is a small cove that is very secluded and ideal for small children.
Due to its proximity to the town centre of Tossa, this beach is easily accessible, whether on foot, by car or public transport. It also has numerous services: bar area, showers, footbaths, lifeguard and boat hire, among others. It is also an accessible beach for people with reduced mobility, and has adapted toilets, access walkways and amphibious chairs.
It has obtained the following quality distinctions: Environmental Quality and Blue Flag.
